RevTrax is seeking a motivated, dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building compelling marketing materials - designed in a cohesive, client-centric narrative -  to increase awareness and adoption of our platform. This role will develop product marketing strategies and execution - including the creation of clearly-articulated value propositions, technical documentation, sales collateral, and various materials for releases and feature enhancements. 

The product marketing manager regularly engages with customers, partners, sales, product, and engineering.He/she will need to develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and product roadmap in order to produce best in class product marketing materials to gain new clients and drive further adoption onto the platform for existing clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role will be part of a new, fast-moving marketing team which provides support to a growing Revenue organization, with close collaboration with the Management, Product, and Engineering teams.

  • 4-5+ years of relevant marketing experience (minimum of 2 in product marketing), preferably in a digital marketing/advertising technology company targeting large advertisers.
  • Experience collaborating across levels/functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Management), while making it easy for your colleagues.
  • Experience defining, contextualizing and marketing technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create stories/messaging catered to various audiences.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content and materials for both new and existing products.
  • Solid understanding of how complex, technical environments work, from both a people and product standpoint.
  • Proven ability to work “hands on”, cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment.
  • You are curious, thoughtful, and perceptive. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to build Go-to-Market (G2M) marketing strategy (positioning and messaging frameworks) for RevTrax solutions, catered to various audience segments (across industries and personas)
  • Act as primary communicator and translator of all product features to sales, business stakeholders and clients – be able to clearly communicate business benefits of RevTrax solutions.
  • Develop compelling product/solution positioning and messaging frameworks — creating external sales materials (PPTs + 1-pagers), internal training, “cheat sheets”, demos (screenshots, videos, etc).
  • Work closely with Product team to plan roadmap communication plan, coordinate with PR and Marketing to align product announcements with marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team, management team, and external partners to create and edit thought leadership communications:  Blogs, whitepapers, webinars, events, POVs etc.


We’re a tech company, so we rely heavily on technology on a daily basis.  Below are some technologies you will need to be comfortable with, or gain mastery of quickly.

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills; and a deep MS Office proficiency. A Strong grasp of basic design and layout principles, including the ability to deliver presentation- and production-ready materials.
  • Content Prototyping & Production: Ability to create mockups and/or demos that “feel real” for sales purposes. InVision and/or Marvel skills are preferred, and skills with Photoshop/InDesign, and video-editing are a plus.
  • CRM / Marketing Automation: some experience with Salesforce and Hubspot are a plus.
  • Workplace Collaboration: Google Docs, Slack (chat), Zoom (video-conferencing), Confluence, Jira, and more
