RevTrax is seeking an experience sales leader to coach and grow our lead-generation (BDR) and new business sales teams to drive market success for our diverse product offerings across multiple industries. 


  • Provide leadership and strong management to the lead generation and new business sales organization, implementing sales objectives aligned with the company ́s strategic goals
  • Develop quarterly strategic plans and weekly projection reports, as well as set budgets and goals for the new business sales and lead generation teams
  • Define sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures to maximize selling
  • Recruit, develop, manage, and lead a strong Sales team with a focus on process, repeatability, and lead generation
  • Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies that build awareness and drive Qualified Leads to the sales team
  • Structure commercial agreements with large procurement organizations and interface with Legal team to close major deals


  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing and data ecosystem, prior exposure to retail and CPG verticals strongly preferred
  • Experience working with ad-tech, digital media, marketing services, CRM, DMP, behavioral targeting, personalization and optimization strategies
  • Must be able to build a sales team by recruiting, training, managing and inspiring
  • Excellent work ethic, leadership and communication skills
  • Leading through example - wants to travel with reps and interface with clients
  • Executive-level experience successfully structuring and closing deals
  • Must be highly organized and process-driven
  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales teams coupled with 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing technology and sales management
  • Bachelor’s degree
