This position will manage a team and oversee the RevTrax relationships with some of the nation’s leading Consumer Packaged Goods and Retailers.  We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who can successfully partner with customers to understand their needs and help them over-achieve the customers’ desired business goals. We are also looking for an individual who can successfully oversee career development of those individuals reporting into this position.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client-facing role in ad-tech, marketing tech, digital agency, promotions agency, consumer packaged goods, or retailer.    


  • Main contact for key strategic accounts
  • Coach, inspire and mentor a medium sized team to actively seek strategic client conversations tied to specific client objectives
  • Build relationships with senior level client contacts
  • Become a master of the RevTrax technology and how it plays into customers’ marketing mix
  • Collaborate with team to drive customer campaign optimization and efficiency through RevTrax and industry best practices
  • Support team and Sales Directors on customer presentations, QBR’s, and campaign review meetings/calls. 
  • Partner with Sales Directors on new revenue opportunities within owned accounts
  • Support team with strategy sessions and new project calls with customers
  • Stay up-to-date and become a go-to resource on industry and customer trends
  • Be a point of escalation for all accounts within the team
  • Responsible for the professional development of your team and assist in career development
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


  • 5+ years experience working in account management, client services, customer success
  • 5+ years working for an ad-tech/mar-tech vendor, promotion agency, digital agency, shopper marketing agency
  • 5+ working with digital channels such as: email, search, display, affiliate, etc. 
  • Strength in data interpretation and SaaS platforms
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


  • Strong leader. Proven ability to coach and grow a team while being able to recruit top notch CSMs and build a team that sets a new standard of customer success.
  • Trusted advisor. Business consulting skills with the ability to forge relationships and facilitate discussions about business goals, metrics, and strategic plans with senior managers.
  • Data focus.  A metrics-driven approach with the ability to understand and communicate data insights, and relate them to customer sales and marketing data.
  • Superior communicator. On a daily basis, you will need to communicate professionally via presentations, phone, well-crafted emails and customized materials.
  • Quick and independent learner. We’re a lean startup and need people who are motivated to roll up their sleeves and able to figure things out on their own.
