RevTrax is hiring a Marketing Designer to create, iterate, and maintain various assets for Sales, Marketing, and Client Service. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role will be part of a new, fast-moving marketing team which provides support to a growing Revenue organization, while also delivering external brand-building “air cover.”  While marketing reports to Sales, it must also help the company position itself strategically in the marketplace, with close collaboration with the C-suite, Product, Client Service, and Data Science.

Your work and attitude on the job speaks volumes to us. For this role specifically, we’re seeking the following qualifications:

  •  2-3 years of marketing + sales design experience - with a focus on creating collateral to meet business objectives - ideally for B2B / Marketing Technology companies (agency experience is also welcome).
  • Deep experience working with Powerpoint/Keynote, MS Word, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign (Marketing Automation, CRM, Prototyping and video-editing know-how is also a plus).
  • Collaborative: work well across various functions and seniority levels, while making it easy for your colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual. A mastery and appreciation for fundamental design principles.
  • Low ego / attachment - You can work quickly on rapid iterations of marketing and sales collateral.
  • Positive attitude! A smile and can-do spirit goes a long way towards building camaraderie.



  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Management to build great-looking “on-brand” materials that achieve business objectives.
    • Sales Presentation Design (~60%): Create custom Powerpoint decks for Sales + Client Service, as well as create a library of templates that can be repurposed on the fly.
    • Marketing Materials: Design materials for RevTrax client events, including, but not limited to: 1-pagers, event programs/signage, branded gifts, name badges, etc.
    • Digital Marketing Design: Design brand email and landing page templates for Hubspot, working closely with our digital “growth” agency who handles marketing automation and lead-gen content creation.
    • Brand Design: Maintain and update brand guidelines that reflect the RevTrax brand and company. Creatively handle a variety of other design projects that may arise.



We’re a tech company, so we rely heavily on technology on a daily basis, so there are many other tech solutions (design and otherwise) you will need to be comfortable with, or gain mastery of quickly.

  • Design: Powerpoint/Keynote and Photoshop/Indesign, are a must.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo) and prototyping (InVision, Marvel, Balsamiq) are preferred.
  • Content Optimization: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Word, Excel.
  • Workplace Collaboration: Google Docs, Slack (chat), Zoom (video-conferencing), Confluence, Jira, and more.
